Sarah’s Restaurant is the culmination of the vision which the late Rubin Bacote had for his family, in particular his wife Sarah Bacote, whom everyone affectionately calls, Ms. Sarah. Through her upbringing in the deep South, coupled with over 30 years experience as the head cook for Coker College, Ms. Sarah rises at sunrise daily to prepare a full menu of her country masterpieces.
